Early operations involves different activities than ongoing operations. I specialize in the type of operations you need to build in the early stages of company development.
For example, you are building your first team, and this involves not only hiring but also organizational design. How will the team work together? How will we structure their relationship for success? Sometimes we might even hire specific roles we need to “build” that will be different than long-term “doer” roles we hire in later stage operations.
Before you have steady MRR or ARR it can be hard to justify a full-time operations leader; and the person you will need full-time is a different skillset than you need now.

A Value Chemistry audit will deliver results in 30 days. From there we typically will form a plan for the subsequent 60 days. After that ongoing engagement is by retainer and varies from 6 months to 3 years.
