Depending on your needs, most clients will start with a Centering Around Value workshop ($2,000 USD) or a Value Chemistry Ops Assessment which is a $5,000 USD commitment delivering 30 day results. From there, pricing will vary depending on your budget and potential solutions and we’ll arrive at a scope of work that delivers meaningful improvement without breaking the bank.

A Value Chemistry Ops Assessment will deliver results in 30 days. From there we typically will form a plan for the subsequent 60 days. After that ongoing engagement is by retainer and varies from 6 months to 3 years.

Trust your gut! As a value delivery system gets large enough you may need people whose role is simply to organize it and enable it. Then, and only then, you have “operations”. Until then you need a value delivery specialist like me! I bring my generalist project management toolkit to support your team foundationally before a true operations lead is required.
