This 30 day engagement involves detailed observation of your organization’s current operations and an objective assessment of your organizational health. The outcome is a 60 - 90 day plan for targeted quick wins to rapidly level-up operational maturity.

Following our initial 90 day engagement many clients engage my on an ongoing basis for 6 months to 3 years to support operational maturity and momentum as you scale and grow. If we reach Series B together I’ll support your transition to a full-time operations hire before I exit.

From there, pricing will vary depending on your budget and potential solutions and we’ll arrive at a scope of work that delivers meaningful improvement without breaking the bank.

A Value Chemistry Ops Assessment will deliver results in 30 days. From there we typically will form a plan for the subsequent 60 days. After that ongoing engagement is by retainer and varies from 6 months to 3 years.

Yes, many small startups begin “operations” primarily in a project-based capacity. I bring my generalist project management toolkit to support your team foundationally before a true operations lead is required. Project-based engagements start at $90 USD per hour
