Fractional Ops Engagements

  • Every engagement starts with this 30 day assessment of your operational maturity. It involves interviews with the founders, examination of organizational assets around plans and goals, and observation of current ways of working. The deliverable is a 60-day plan for operational “next steps”.

    This is a fixed fee engagement for $2,500 USD.

  • During this phase we undertake the proposal from the Value Chemistry Audit. Costs will vary based on services and phase. This will be a Fee for Service arrangement.

  • Following a successful 60-Day Tailored Service period, organizations may engage longer-term services for up to 36 months on Retainer. Services are provided fractionally with a maximum of 25 hours per week of support. Retainer pricing varies on the level of engagement with the organization and the operational maturity phase.
